EIGHT STEPS (08) TO FILL 'SAMIA SCHOLARSHIP' FORM ONLINE

1. Visit HESLB website (www.heslb.go.tz) to read the list of names awarded ‘SAMIA SCHOLARSHIP’  for 2023/2024 Academic Year;

2. Log on into (https://olas.heslb.go.tz) to fill out the form;

3. Click ‘Apply for Scholarship’;

4. Select ‘SAMIA SCHOLARSHIP’;

5. Fill in your Form IV Index Number that you used to apply for university/college admission;

6. Once the form opens, confirm the following items by clicking ‘confirm & proceed to next step’;

       i. Your name,

       ii. Form IV and Form VI index numbers,

       iii. Names of Secondary schools,

       iv. Combination and division

7. Make sure you consider the following;

       i. Upload applicant’s photograph with dimensions of 120x150 pixels’, size <1MB, format jpg

       ii. ‘Print’ your form by signing page 2

       iii. Upload to the system the fully signed page 2

8. Complete your application by clicking ‘submit your application’ button
